The gala Season Opening events are held on Saturday 29th May and Sunday 30th May 2010 at the Wine and Truffle Company Cellar Door & Trufferie in Manjimup.
The perfect event for foodies and wine lovers the world over. The day celebrates the beginning of the Truffle Season - the hunters and their dogs will be in action during the day.
A unique gala event with an all-day program that includes a six-course degustation truffle inspired lunch, the opportunity to hunt for truffles in the atmospheric Hazelnut Grove Trufferie and outstanding entertainment from Victoria Newton - recently returned from huge success in the UK www.victorianewton.co.uk.
Truffle Hill winemaker Mark Aitken will be on hand to give guests his insight into the 2010 vintage and will match the award winning Truffle Hill wines to your six-course degustation.
