The hazelnuts are on the drying racks - looking and smelling delightful.  They're getting turned every day as they dry on the farmhouse verandah.  More are gathered each week as the season progresses.

We'll use the fresh ones in Iain's amazing dishes in the cafe, plus we'll start making some new season Hazelnuts in Truffle Honey and Hazelnut Dukkah.
