With the truffle season quickly approaching, truffle hunters are getting ready for the annual pursuit of the delicacy and it’s not just chefs taking note. The Wine & Truffle Co has been mentioned across the globe, including The Wall Street Journal Asia. More and more people are recognising the irresistible aroma and texture of truffles and demand is going up. As the temperatures decrease, truffles start maturing and the truffle hunting starts late May and runs through to August at the Truffière in Manjimup.
