Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are as per shopping cart selection and quote. The Wine & Truffle Co currently offers substantial discounts on shipping rates for our valued clients.

Wine Shipping Charges
To make it easy for you to enjoy Truffle Hill Wines delivered direct to your door we are happy to offer a flat $10 per carton Australia Wide.

Wine Shipping rates
1-12 bottles is $10 Australia wide
Each additional carton is $10 Australia wide

Truffle Products
Truffle products are based on the weight of your shipment which will be calculated at check out. As a guide

Truffle Product Shipping rates
under 3kg (-4 products approx.) is $5.00 Australia Wide
under 5kg (over 5 products & gift packs) is $10.00 Australia Wide
over 5 kg (large orders or over 12 products) is $15.00 Australia Wide

The Wine & Truffle Co accepts no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so through use of our order system.

Transaction currency AUD - All transactions are displayed and processed in AUD.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Delivery times may vary between 5-7 days.
In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area.

Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery to States other than Western Australia.

Currently Shipping is only available to Australian destinations.
We do not ship truffle products or wine overseas for retail purchase.

Return Policy

The Wine & Truffle Co offers a 30 day money back guarantee including change of mind. Refunds must be returned within 30 working days of invoice date, in original condition and packaging with all accessories and contents.  In instances where products are found to be defective, The Wine & Truffle Co will supply replacement product free of charge including return postage and handling.
The Wine & Truffle Co will not replace or refund products that have passed their use by date or been stored incorrectly.

Our policy is:

1. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and contents.
2. When returning products for refund, you must contact The Wine & Truffle Co prior to sending the items. Indicate the reason for return and details of how you will be returning the goods. The Wine & Truffle Co reserve the right to review all returns to assess acceptability.
3. We recommend that you return the product via Australia Post. You must pre-pay all returns postage, assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. We advise you arrange registered delivery with Australia Post. The Wine & Truffle Co reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have 'More To Pay' stamped on them.
4. If you are returning a faulty item for a replacement we will pay for postage and handling back to us provided you contact our Customer Service Department on  (08) 9777 2474.
