Dux Restaurant :Truffle inspired degustation dinner

Dux Restaurant is teaming up with the Wine and Truffle Co to present a degustation dinner featuring our range of delicious gourmet truffle products. Just the thing for truffle fans when fresh truffles are out of season.

Date: Friday 26th February 2010
Location: Dux Restuarant, 71 South Terrace, Como, Perth.
Cost: $95.00 per person including 6 courses and Truffle Hill wines

Perth gourmet truffle product tasting

If you are in Perth and would like to taste some of our gourmet truffle products range then head to Be Tempted on Friday 26th February. We’ll be tasting a selection of our truffle product range at the London Court store in Perth city. It’s all part of the March City of Perth, “Eat Drink Perth” Festival.

Truffle Affaire

At the start of the Truffle Season we host our famous Truffle Affaire.

The 2010 Truffle Affaire will be held on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th May 2010.

The day comprises:
~ Welcoming of the fresh Truffle ceremony ~ Win a fresh truffle competition ~ Truffle dog demonstration ~ Entertainment ~ Gourmet truffle product & wine tastings ~ Celebrity Master of Ceremonies

The Truffle Affaire includes a six course long table degustation truffle luncheon with award winning Truffle Hill wines matched to each course.

At the 2009 Truffle Affaire the Panforte String Trio, featuring soprano Elizabeth Edwards, performed a waltz by Johann Strauss called The Truffle Song. The waltz is from the little known opera The Queen's Lace Handkerchief.
