Buy Fresh Black Truffles for 2010 Season

We expect the 2010 fresh black truffle season to start at the end of May 2010. Once the season commences we will be accepting International Distributor orders, Australian Restaurant orders and Australian retail purchase online.

Our packaging methods and shipment times allow for fresh product to be delivered expediently and in excellent condition from our truffière in Manjimup to your door. We use specific packaging and coolers to transport the truffle, please check our 'truffle hunt' video  for further information and to see our truffle packaging.

Return customers orders will be acknowledged and shipped as received, in line with our daily truffle hunt schedule. Minimum domestic Australian restaurant quantities for fresh truffle purchases start at 250gm.

Australian Retail Consumer fresh truffle sales

Extra Class & First Class Fresh Truffles will be available for purchase via our online store for shipment direct to the kitchens of garment food lovers Australia wide.

Extra Class truffles are $3000 per kg with a minimum order of 50grams at $150.00
First Class truffles are $2500 per kg with a minimum order of 50grams at $125.00

In the 2009 season (late May to mid August) 890kg of Tuber melanosporum, were harvested. As Australia’s leading exporter of fresh truffles in our 2009 season we exported to 14 countries.
