Truffle Hill Wines

The complementary relationship between one of the world’s rarest gourmet foods and fine Australian wines was behind our drive to grow and produce great wines that could sit comfortably alongside our gourmet truffles in the best restaurants.

In 1998, the Wine & Truffle Co planted 30 acres of wine grapes and established approximately 50 acres trufferie of hazel and oak trees in a magnificent valley of rich karri soils on the Pemberton side of Manjimup.

Respected winemaker Mark Aitken developed our wine styles. Taking an ‘only the best will do’ attitude he capitalised on the characteristics of this unique West Australian wine region.

We also source grapes from neighbouring and other selected Pemberton vineyards and our wine making facility is at the Mt Shadforth winery in Denmark.

Our range of quality wines includes the Truffle Hill Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Merlot, and Rose. We also offer a variety of wine gift packs and corporate wine gifts at special, all inclusive gift pack prices.
