Master of Ceremonies Verity James guides guests through the day.
Opening Ceremony – celebration of the Truffle Season Opening on the Hazel Hill lawn – hunters and dogs arrive - the toast to the Truffle is conducted.
Truffle Hunting Dogs demonstration.
Guests move to the elegant heated timber floored marquee with views across the lawns to the water.
6 course degustation long table luncheon (by our trufferie chef Iain Menzies).
Truffle Hill Wines presented by winemaker Mark Aitken.
Sophie Zalokar - our Culinary Creator - will demonstrate cooking with fresh truffles - some guests will get a taste!
